The Weather Girls

The Weather Girls is a web series created and illustrated by Emily, based upon her childhood adventures in television production (i.e. creating endless videos on her dad’s camcorder).

Emily spoke about her experience creating the series at SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON 2018, on the panel session “Extraordinary Women, Extraordinary Animation: Get Started in Animation!” Adobe also featured the series at the National Series of Broadcasters’ NAB Show the same year. The Weather Girls made their debut in a Community Spotlight on the Adobe Character Animator education YouTube channel, Okay Samurai.

What’s Next for The Weather Girls! We’re currently working on a Weather Girls graphic novel series, and can’t wait to get these plucky media moguls in book form.
